Jeil seed company have succeeded to traditions of the Korean seed companies had grown steadily every year and has performed as the guardian who lead Korean seed industry. 
Since it has been established for 38years we have reborn as proud seed company by taking a large number of genetic resources and continuous R&D. We will do our best to breed excellent varieties through information sharing and research with other companies around the world.

R&D for breeding the best varieties

We released a lot of varieties as a result of our steady researches and efforts, and we are selling it not only on the domestic but also the abroad through our oversea branches and typing up with other foreign companies. At present, we released Beta lettuce and Dang-jo pepper are functional vegetables, and we are taking R&D steadily to produce beta cabbage in the future.

Release new varieties

We have announced a lot of new varieties as a result of our steady research and effort and we are selling the varieties to not only domestic but also foreign market through our oversea branches and foreign partnership companies. At present we announced functional vegetables like ‘Anti-cancer’ functional leaf Chinese cabbage(beta-leaf Chinese cabbage), ‘Anti-blood’ sugar functional pepper(Dang-jo pepper) and we are doing our best for steady research to breed ‘Anti-cancer’ functional Chinese cabbage.

Announcement of new varieties

After a lot of studying and failure to breed excellent varieties, we announced functional vegetables like ‘Anti-cancer’ Functional leaf cabbage(beta-leaf Chinese cabbage), ‘Anti-blood’ sugar functional pepper(Dang-jo pepper). ‘Anti-cancer’ Functional leaf cabbage contain 48times more beta-carotene than the normal cabbages. Because it is very effective for cancer prevention, especially lung cancer.
‘Anti-blood’ sugar functional pepper was announced in 2008, contains AGI that helps to hold back the sudden blood sugar level rising after meal. It has got a good response from the public and took the presidential award.

Strict quality control

Jeil seed company is keeping the best germination rate of the seeds by strict temperature and humidity control using low-temperature ware-houses and we are putting emphasis on keeping high quality goods by coating and treatment of seeds. We also has disinfected seeds to prevent various seed infectious diseases and virus and we have controlled seeds by advanced equipments and skilled experts.
